At Honey Maple, we take pride in crafting each piece of jewelry with precision and care. To ensure the highest quality, all of our lab-grown diamonds and jewelry are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Here’s how our order process works:

1. Custom Manufacturing
- When you place an order with us, your jewelry is not taken from a pre-made stock. Instead, we grow and manufacture your lab-grown diamonds specifically for your piece.
- Each item undergoes meticulous craftsmanship, thorough quality control, and final polishing to meet our exceptional standards.
- This process ensures every piece is as unique as your story.

2. Payment Terms
- To confirm your order, we require a minimum 50% down payment at checkout. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days after the order date.

3. Change or Cancel Your Order
- Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: If you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours, your down payment will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

4. Production Timeline
- Since each piece is custom-made, the entire manufacturing and shipping process takes approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your order.
- We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you when your piece is on its way.

5. Shipping
- Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and shipped directly to your door.
